(December 7<sup>th<\/sup>, 2020) \u2013 <\/strong>Off-road e-retailer, ExtremeTerrain (XT) releases another episode of its \u201cCustomer Builds\u201d YouTube series. In this episode, host Merideth Evasew speaks with a customer from Massachusetts about his 2012 trail-built Jeep JK and his restored TJ. The interview series aims to inform and inspire the Jeep community in a format that\u2019s easy to digest. XT\u2019s build pages add to each episode by including additional images, as well as a full breakdown of the mods installed.<\/p>\n<p>Owner, John Shea\u2019s JK Wrangler shines when it comes to being off-road ready. He\u2019s <em>\u201carmored just about everything [he] could possibly find to armor,\u201d<\/em> giving him peace of mind on any terrain. As a life-long camper, John puts his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.extremeterrain.com\/jeep-camping-gear.html?TA$313=Tents\">rooftop tent<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.extremeterrain.com\/wrangler-jeep-roof-racks.html\">Jeep roof rack<\/a> to good use. He comments on the thoughtful design, the protection it provides, and how easy it is to use.&nbsp; In addition to his armor, Meredith and John go over a number of other key mods including his bumper mounted<a href=\"https:\/\/www.extremeterrain.com\/wrangler-jeep-light-bars-mounts.html\"> light bar<\/a>, rock sliders, neoprene seat covers, and recovery kit. John is aiming for extra ground clearance and plans to add a 3-inch lift and 35-inch tires.<\/p>\n<p>The restored TJ was purchased new in 2001. With its age starting to show, John made a few key upgrades. In addition to bodywork, John replaced the door and tailgate hinges, installed a hood kit, and a new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.extremeterrain.com\/wrangler-jeep-soft-tops.html\">Jeep soft top<\/a>. Future plans include chrome step rails, a Jeep grille insert, and some additional \u201c<em>bling<\/em>\u201d as requested by its driver, John\u2019s wife Jenny.<\/p>\n<p>For more information on this two-for-one customer spotlight, viewers can head to John\u2019s build page at extremeterrain.com.
